Artist Anu Raud contemplating on people’s roots, their highs and lows, their dreams and their need to leave something behind; indestructible values and the magic of little things. Textile artist Anu Raud is enjoying her life in her grandfather’s farm. She has never thought of demolishing something there just because something is old. Or changing something just for the sake of changing. She likes it when the things around her are full of life. Anu also likes the little things – they just go with the country life. She loves to see little roads and small villages. She thinks that is small places people can grow much bigger than in large places. And in larger places, in her opinion, people just tend to remain small. In their thinking.

“The Heritage. Anu Raud” is a film about people’s roots, their highs and lows, about their dreams and their need to leave something behind; about indestructible values and the magic of little things.
